We do not collect payment card data directly. We do not collect special category data beyond health and performance information you voluntarily provide as part of the coaching service.

How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

• Deliver coaching and consulting services agreed with you
• Personalise your coaching programme based on your intake responses
• Generate pre-call briefs, session notes, and performance observations to support coaching conversations
• Communicate with you about sessions, progress, and service updates
• Meet our legal and contractual obligations

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:

• Performance of contract — processing necessary to deliver the coaching service you have engaged us for
• Consent — where you have explicitly provided health and performance data through intake forms and check-ins
• Legitimate interests — improving service delivery and maintaining accurate coaching records

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at hello@candeoperformance.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for 12 months following the end of your engagement with Candeo Performance Ltd. After this period, your data is securely deleted unless we are required to retain it for longer by law.

Data Processors

We use the following third-party processor to store and manage your data:

• Supabase Inc., cloud database platform. Your data is stored in the EU West (Ireland) region, ensuring it remains within the European Economic Area and subject to GDPR-equivalent protections.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not transfer your data outside the UK or EEA.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure: request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction: request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Session data used to authenticate access to your coaching portal is stored in your browser's sessionStorage and is cleared when you close your browser tab.

Governing Law
