Method
Diagnosis before direction.
What
A layered life, not a single lens
That's not theory for me. It's the reason I built this. Coaching drawn from three worlds lived at once: corporate judgement earned over twenty years, a research based MSc in sport science, and a life spent proving people wrong about my limits. Living all three side by side, rather than picking one, puts me somewhere most coaches simply aren't.
Most people arrive already sure of what they want, and often that's true. Sometimes it's just the easiest version to say out loud. A layered life is what helps me tell the difference, so we end up working toward what you actually want and need, not just what you first thought you did.
Why
I don't ask you to trust something I haven't lived myself
Twenty years across Deutsche Bank, Nomura, Hitachi, and Oracle, in rooms where being wrong cost real money and real careers. At Hitachi, that judgement built the "people pod" concept now taught at INSEAD, and ran the business's first Pride and International Women's Day series to over 85% engagement on almost no budget.
An MSc in Applied Sport and Exercise Nutrition, earned on a research thesis, not an exam. The same rigour that got Neil Innes, a former Deutsche Bank Senior Director, through an unsupported 1,600km cycling challenge with zero fuelling shortfalls.
And underneath all of it, a life spent building resilience as a gay, British-born Indian, raised with limited resources. I know what it feels like to be "other," to want the same things as everyone else and still feel a few steps back. Nobody handed me the version of myself I'm bringing into this room with you. I built it, and that's exactly why I know how to help you build yours. It's why this is called Candeo, Latin for "I shine."
How
Live, one to one
Most people arrive certain of their problem, and that's a fine place to start. But it's rarely the real one underneath, and I'll tell you plainly when I see something different, because you didn't come here for agreement. We find it together. Then you do the work of solving it, and I hold you to the outcome you defined, not the one that looked good on day one.
Diagnosis before direction. Every engagement starts with a full diagnostic across the pillars that actually drive performance: sleep, fuel, movement, recovery, and clarity. What happens after depends entirely on what we find, not a fixed script.
